Full-time Year 5 Teaching Assistant job in Bristol. Working on a long-term basis until end of term 6. Your new companyThis two form entry primary school in Bristol is looking for a Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join their team from Term 5. This North Bristol Primary School has an experienced and supportive team so you will be working with a well-established team.Your new roleAs a Year 5 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting the whole class and with small group interventions alongside the class teacher. You will be responsible for supporting with literacy and numeracy in line with the curriculum. This is a full-time role starting in Term 5 until the end of the academic year.What you’ll need to succeed

• You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 2 years.
• You will be required to have experience working across all year groups
• You will be required to have experience supporting pupils with social & emotional needs
• You will need strong communication skills, especially when working with groups of children.
