For this role, the Year 4 teacher must be confident in their delivery and knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and be enthusiastic in their lessons. There is the opportunity for the teacher to lead a subject at this school, therefore previous experience in a similar role is highly welcomed.

Expectations of the Year 4 Teacher

Responsibilities of the Year 4 Teacher

As a Year 4 Teacher you will be teaching a vibrant, energetic group of children amounting to a 29 class total. Your responsibilities in this Primary teacher role will include keeping your lessons current and relevant, preparing the students for their important final year in Primary school. The teacher will be required to commit to the school and their class with effective planning and preparation for lessons and activities.
