Trainee Cover Supervisors Pay scale – £70 – 80 per day ABC Teachers are looking for trainee cover supervisors to work in Secondary Schools in Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and surrounding areas. About the role: This is a diverse and rewarding role. Which includes – Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy. managing the behaviour of pupils while they are undertaking this work to ensure a constructive environment. Responding to any questions from pupils about process and procedures Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school s policies and procedures. Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher. Reporting back as appropriate using the school s agreed referral procedures on the Behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising. What we are looking for: We are looking for individuals who are wanting to start a career in education. Experience is not essential as full in house training and CPD will be provided upon a successful application. Requirements A -C in GCSE English and Mathematics. A positive and can do attitude in your approach to work. Own transportation preferred or happy to use public transport. Excellent punctuality and professional conduct.
