The most fitting candidate would be finalised based on a trial and interview with the school.As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will possess the following:

• Level 2/3 SEN Qualification
• At least one year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting
• Compassion to work with challenging settings
• Strong classroom management skills and the understanding of inclusion,
• Ability to make all learners feel acceptable and promote the idea of inclusive learning
• Capability to understand and implement the school’s behaviour policy, the SEN Policy and the code of conduct including the issuing of rewards and sanctions within the academy’s policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in undertaking observations for assessment of SEN children

We need you to have the following set of documents:

• The Right to Work in the UK
• An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
• Two professional child related references
• An updated CV with employment and academic information from last 10 years
