Teaching Assistant KS2 Chesterfield £10.65 – £11.00 Per Hr Jan 2023 July 2023 Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a KS2 Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in Chesterfield. This is a full-time primary teaching assistant role, working in a Year 5 class which will commence in Jan 2023 until July 2023 with a view to be placed on a permanent contract. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The role The desired Year 5 Teaching Assistant Level 3 will be working in a Year 5 class, with a wide range of ability levels. This role would be suitable for both experienced and newly qualified Teaching Assistants, but the school would ideally like someone who has recently worked in Year 5. Requirements To be considered for the Year 5 Teaching Assistant position, you will: Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary environment. Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff. Ideally have experience delivering primary lessons.
