ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across multiple locations in the borough of Bexleyheath, South East London.

Anyone from a care background, has previous experience professionally or unprofessionally with any type of special needs and even those that don’t have experience but are committed individuals, please do apply.

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Location – Bexleyheath
• Position – SEN TA
• Type of work – Special Needs Teacher Assistant
• Contract or position start date – ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration – Until end of academic year with potential to go permanent of extend in the new year.
• Contract or position end date (if applicable) – N/A
• Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temporary
• Full time/part time – Full time
• Minimum rate of pay – Negotiable
• Hours – 8:15am – 3:15pm, plus parents evening

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• No experience required
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
