Job Title: Secondary School Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at Reed Education. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to support students in their learning, including those with special educational needs.
• Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
• Help to create a positive learning environment that is inclusive and supportive of all students.
• Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Assist with the organization and supervision of extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• A degree or relevant qualification in Education or a related field.
• Experience working in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of teaching methods and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a flexible, temporary position, with a varying schedule and the possibility of working part-time or full-time. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
