Teaching Assistant – Secondary School in Harrow

Location: Harrow, London

Rate: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Long Term

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
• Assist in the management of the classroom environment and student behavior.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Work closely with teaching staff to adapt and implement lesson plans and materials.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the UK educational system is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to establish positive relationships with students.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt to diverse classroom settings.
