Job Description: As a Teacher of Theology & Philosophy, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them develop a deep understanding of theological and philosophical concepts. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, facilitating class discussions, and guiding students in their exploration of complex ideas. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement. Foster critical thinking skills and encourage students to develop their own philosophical and theological perspectives. Provide regular feedback and assessments to monitor student progress and support their academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Theology & Philosophy curriculum. Establish effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject knowledge. Requirements: PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in Theology, Philosophy, or a related field. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) certification. Relevant teaching experience in Theology & Philosophy or a related subject area. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Theology & Philosophy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
