Streatham & Clapham High School seeks to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Philosophy, Religion and Ethics with an enthusiasm for encouraging debate and reflection on the moral, spiritual and philosophical aspects of life.
You will be responsible for teaching Philosophy, Religion and Ethics from Year 7 to Year 9, as well as Religious, Philosophical and Moral Issues at GCSE and A level. You will exhibit high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring that all pupils are given the best possible opportunity to fulfil their potential in the subject.
You will be a positive, enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about their subject and committed to multi-faith Religious Studies. You will possess experience of working as a subject teacher across KS3-5, including experience of teaching A level and GCSE across at least 2 cycles.
