Practice Area Profile
What You’ll Do
At BCG, we believe that many of the attributes and skills that have allowed you to succeed at Teach First are essential to consulting. Like teachers, management consultants must be good with people, intellectually curious, creative and have strong leadership skills.
This 4 week internship, open only to Teach First trainees or ambassadors will equip you with core business skills through dedicated training modules and your own BCG buddy to support you. You will be assigned to a project where you will be given ownership and responsibility for your module. The module will likely consist of research and data analysis, client interviews and meetings etc.
Like our full-time staff, you ll work alongside some of the world s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous and projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client s challenge. You ll collaborate on projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.
This internship has been designed specifically for Teach First trainees or ambassadors and the schedule will be developed to ensure you have a community of Teach First peers for support.
