Classroom Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and hardworking individuals who are keen to continue their progression within a busy school on a long-term basis.

An enthusiastic and encouraging attitude towards working with children is essential with the ability to communicate effectively and take initiative when required.

Responsibilities –

• Support the class teacher with the learning of the class.
• Support individual children and small group work.
• Create exciting and interactive classroom activities
• Engage with the children in line with the curriculum.
• Manage poor behaviour choices and remove any barriers between the child and their learning.
• To be confident and understand SEN needs of children.
