You will be responsible for ensuring pupils feel consistently supported and encouraged to achieve results to the highest standard. You will be required to deliver planned work and mark the work at the end of the day.What you’ll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role you must hold a qualified teacher status and have experience working within a school. It is important you can tailor the individual needs of the students in various year groups, working both independently and collaboratively with other class teachers to promote consistent and targeted interventions. You will work as part of team assisting teaching assistants with pupil’s development to make a positive difference to their learning.
