Flourish Education are recruiting for a supply teacher to work in a Walsall Primary Academy school in a Reception class. Commencing September on a full-time basis. The school has strong community links along with an inclusive and welcoming environment, offering a wide range of workshops and an array of afterschool clubs. The school are recruiting on a temporary basis. This role will commence in September for the autumn term, perhaps longer. Experienced and Early career teachers are encouraged to apply. Job Role Qualified Teacher Status, ECT’s are encouraged to apply. The role includes full teacher responsibilities including planning, marking, and assessments. You would be required to attend necessary meetings. Full-time hours, Monday Friday. This teacher position is starting in September and is expected to continue for the autumn term, perhaps longer. Build relationships with the pupil, parents and staff. Follow school policy regarding behaviour management and safeguarding. Skills and experience required for this Reception Supply Teacher role Up-to-date EYFS curriculum knowledge To plan and deliver creative and exciting lessons to the Reception class. To work in partnership with a Teaching Assistant To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils in-line with the school s policy. What can Flourish offer a supply teacher? £100 welcome to the team bonus £125 – £170 day rate which equates to up to £33,150 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year The option of PAYE or Umbrella Holiday Pay – for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate.
