Ambitious About Autism has an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Lead, who shares our vision. As our Speech and Language Lead, you will lead and oversee a professional and effective team of Speech and Language Therapists to provide quality speech and language therapy to our learners.
You will get to work across all Ambitious About Autism’s education settings, evaluating and delivering an excellent and responsive speech and language therapy service.
With direct line management across multiple sites and working with a variety of stakeholders, you will motivate and support team members to work positively and collaboratively, ensuring the best possible outcome for students.
An opportunity to work with a Trans-Disciplinary Team, you will support the Head of Integrated Services to review and develop the team’s approach to meet the needs of students.
As a specialist you will also provide high-quality speech and language therapy advice to support others and enable Education, Health and Care Plans to be implemented and evidence positive outcomes in line with our Ambitious Approach.
A position with a range of responsibility, this is an excellent opportunity to lead and have a meaningful impact with our learners! We are looking for an NHS equivalent of a band 7/8 but will also be able to support someone that might need to be upskilled for this position.
