KS3/4 ALN TEACHING ASSISTANT REQUIRED Newport Are you an experienced SEN Teaching assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you have excellent behaviour management skills and SEN knowledge? Job Description Working in a KS3/4 inclusion unit supporting a small group of mix-aged children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour Promoting and maintaining positive behaviour in the classroom using a tailored and personal approach Working closely with the class teacher to support and provide regular feedback Firm but fair behaviour management skills Full time, temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent £70-80 per day ASAP start Individual Profile Must have SEN experience working with LD such as Autism and challenging behaviour School based experience essential Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills Resilient, self-reflection and a good sense of humour Must have an online updated DBS or happy to obtain one If you are interested and feel you have the skill set to match this role then please send your CV/covering letter to (url removed) or call the Cardiff Supply Desk contact number for more information.
