School Site Manager – Information about the role

Tempest Resourcing are looking to recruit a Site Manager at one of our Enfield based primary schools. We are looking for a candidate with experience in a school setting, site management experience is not required but it is preferable. Some of the main responsibilities include:

• To be responsible for the property and asset management of the school.
• To liaise regularly with the Head Teacher on caretaking and site management issues.
• To be responsible for health and safety compliance.
• To maintain the internal and external fabric of the school’s premises as a safe working environment.
• To manage the caretaking and cleaning staff of the school.
• To ensure the security of the school premises.
• To maintain any machinery or plant within the school.

This role will be in a two-form primary school based in Enfield and we are looking for a friendly and reliable Site Manager to join the site team and help maintain a safe and presentable environment for both students and staff.
