Job Purpose and Context
We are seeking to appoint a hands on, experienced and highly motivated individual as Senior IT Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven skills, problem-solving ability and aspirations to undertake the management of day-to-day operations on our sites, managing call queues and helping IT Technicians on site in delivering excellent customer support services.
The role would suit someone who has initiative, experience working in a busy school or cluster environment and excellent communication skills.
The IT team handles all aspects of the IT infrastructure and services. The Senior Technician will work closely with IT Team to provide management of IT services, general IT support, and help design solutions regarding network and system configurations and installations.

The post holder will be required to have a valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and be re-checked every 3 years.
