Really special senior school in North London is looking for an experienced Senior Chemistry Technician.

Imagine working in an extremely well-resourced Chemistry department with 9 teachers and 4 labs.

Aiding great academic results for the pupils by assisting with pyrotechnic, breakfast clubs and many outside visits to scientific institutions.

Imagine managing and being instrumental in the development of the Chemistry Technician, with direction from the Head of Chemistry, and work alongside biology and physics department staff

To apply to this role you must have lab tech exp and understand fully Health and Safety, risk assessments, safety reviews, COSHH and CLEAPPS requirements (although continuous CPD will be available)

Day to day your team will set up activities and assist Staff and Pupils in the labs. Preparing for practical activities, and preparing solutions, chemicals, materials etc

You’ll lead in checking equipment and keeping everything tidy, ordering and checking deliveries and overseeing repairs.
