Senior Administrator – Primary School Full Time

I am recruiting for an experienced administrator for a Primary School, based in East London.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the school to the general public, parents and professionals
  2. Provide administrative support in an office environment
  3. Assist in the maintenance of IT databases for pupils and staff
  4. Individual responsibility for the effective management of pupil’s annual reviews
  5. Responsibility for efficient and accurate maintenance of the School’s central register on safeguarding
  6. Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and teachers as appropriate.
  7. Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be determined by the Headteacher

This is a really busy, full time temporary assignment. Ideally starting ASAP and ongoing. Possibility of permanent assignment being offered.

Safeguarding including a Current Enhanced DBS certificate will be required.
