Previous experience of supporting children or adults with SEND, knowledge of strategies used to help them develop is desirable. Ideally have a good understanding the complex needs of the children and how to support them. A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to the children.What does the job entail? You will be working with children aged 6-11 years old.
