SEN Learning Support Assistant Year 6 1:1 – START ASAP – 5 days a week Working hours 8:20- 3:20 I am recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a child with special educational needs in Key stage 2 in a lovely Leicestershire school. This role is varied, and the school is looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual, able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. You will be working to support a SEN pupil under the supervision of the teacher/SENCO. The school is looking for a flexible person with a caring nature who enjoys working with children. The successful candidate will : be resilient and adaptable have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated but also works effectively within the support staff team and with teachers and parents. enjoy working with children, helping them develop skills and learn effectively.Are you experienced in : Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning. Coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis. Accompanying groups on trips.
