If so, GSL Education Kent has an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic SEN school located in Thanet as a SEND Learning Support Assistant.As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the teaching staff to deliver tailored learning programmes and provide one-to-one or small group support for students who require additional assistance.The ideal candidate will be a patient and empathetic individual who is passionate about working with vulnerable children with SEND. Previous experience working in a special needs environment is desirable, but not essential.
