As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, fostering their learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create individualized learning plans and implement appropriate strategies to support students’ progress.
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
