Rikama Education Limited are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistants for an SEN School in Broadstairs,Kent. who are able to support students with mental health conditions (SEMH) and Complex needs, who exhibit some challenging behaviour in KS1 -KS5.

The ideal candidate should have one of the following work experience: –

School Teaching Assistant

Support experience Young Or Elderly

Caring experience Child Or Adult

Working with Public Secor – NHS Experience looking after others

Childcare qualifications OR experience with desire to enter the Education industry

You will be responsible for supporting the students throughout the school day in lessons and recreational time.

Students are fully verbal but need positive support in lessons.

The school has a great feel, supportive SLT and has approximately 50 young pupils who have a variety of social, emotional, educational and behavioural needs.

The schools aim is to fill the gap by working with young people with EHCP’s or who have been excluded from mainstream school at an early age due to their conditions

School caters for children aged 8 to 21.
