? Job Opportunity: SEN Teacher – Primary SLD School in Hounslow ?
Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? Empowering Learning is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at a lovely primary Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) school in Hounslow.
Position:SEN Teacher Location:Hounslow, London Start Date:ASAP Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, 8.30 AM – 3.45 PM
Trials days taking place this week!
Requirements:- Child and adult DBS needed.- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas equivalent experience in education.- Experience in ASD, PMLD, physical disabilities, non-verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively in a team to support children with diverse needs.- Develop a deep understanding of each child, prioritizing their individual needs and fostering independence in their learning.- Demonstrate creativity and proactivity in adapting teaching methods to best meet the needs of the children.- Positive support for children in all situations, encouraging their social and emotional development.- Effective communication with both adults and children.
Role Involves:- Planning and delivering lessons.- Leading the class.- Completing reports and assessments.- Managing and supporting a team of three other staff members.
