Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Yiewsley Grange, West Drayton
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hours per week; Full Time
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We are looking for a SEN Teacher to join our fantastic team at Yiewsley Grange in West Drayton. As a SEN Teacher you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils achievement and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a SEN Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

A passion and knowledge for SEN/ASC is essential for this position. During the interview process, we will ask you to come and meet us in school to understand the needs of our pupils, meet our team and take a tour around our school.
Qualification requirements: QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills and Nationally recognised degree. You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
About us
At Yiewsley Grange, we provide specialist education for c185 pupils, aged between 3.5 to 19. Within Yiewsley Grange we deploy a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners, who present with a range of learning difficulties and styles. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and all students work towards an Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and equivalent qualifications in functional skills.
The site is situated in West Drayton and is commutable from Slough, Windsor and surrounding areas.
