As a Secondary School Teacher, your day will be varied and challenging. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students of different abilities, using a range of teaching strategies and resources. You will be expected to provide high-quality feedback and support to students to enable them to make progress and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and talented Secondary School Teacher with QTS and experience teaching in a secondary school setting. You should have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning. You should be able to plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students of different abilities. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should be committed to continuous professional development and be willing to contribute to the wider school community.

The key requirements for this role are:

• Hold UK QTS and have experience of working with several year groups across KS3 & KS4
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Experience using a range of assessment strategies to monitor and evaluate student progress
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning
