Science TeacherREED Education is currently working alongside Lyndon School, who are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to join them as soon as possible.The school are looking for an individual who can inspire and motivate students using exciting and innovative teaching methods. A skilled practitioner, the successful candidate will have a proven track of raising attainment standards and be able to create an outstanding learning environment. In return the school can offer a dedicated and inspirational leadership team who are committed with providing their pupils an exceptional education every day. The school are passionate about investing and further developing their staff and offer regular internal and external CPD opportunities.The successful candidate will have,• QTS• Have a proven track record of strong classroom management• Someone who can use their own initiative, be friendly with excellent interpersonal skills• Have experience of planning and assessments• Be able to set clear boundaries with high expectations• Have experience of working with SEN students and be able to adapt lesson so they can access to the same standard of learning as their peers• Have an enhanced, child workforce DBS on the update service, or be willing to pay for a new check to be done.
The role is to begin in January 2023, will initially be offered on a temporary basis however there may be the option of it to become permanent for the right candidate.
