We are currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a teaching assistant at our secondary school. In this role, you will provide support to teachers and students in the classroom, assist with lesson planning and preparation, and help to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students succeed. Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparationHelp students with their work, either individually or in small groupsSupervise students during class and during breaksHelp to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environmentSupport teachers with grading and record-keeping

Qualifications:
