About Ark & our ECT programme
Ark is a network of 39 schools with a focus to provide excellent education and opportunities to all children, regardless of their background. We have 27 schools in London that are supported by a Regional Director, as well as the Ark Central Team.
Alongside our Schools, we have Ark Ventures that focus on projects within Early Years, Curriculum, Overseas Education, STEM and Local Communities.
Our ECT Programme offers a two-year induction with support from an in-school mentor and Ark ECT tutor. With sessions in-person and online, you’ll get a chance to meet a range of ECTs across the network and offer peer support and ideas.

You are required, before appointment, to disclose any unspent conviction, cautions, reprimands, or warnings under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. Non-disclosure may lead to termination of employment. However, disclosure of a criminal background will not necessarily debar you from employment – this will depend upon the nature of the offence(s) and when they occurred.
