Are you an experienced Science Teaching who is looking for a permanent role in a SEMH School?Can you teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to GCSE level? Do you have strong behaviour and classroom management skills? If you answered yes to the above, then this Science Teacher role is for you! Science TeacherQualiteach is currently working with a SEMH School who is looking for a fully qualified and experienced Science Teacher who can join them in September on a full time, permanent basis. They are looking for someone who has previously worked in a SEMH School or a similar setting and isn’t phased about challenging behaviour. You will be responsible for the learning and development on 6-8 students who all have some form of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. Due to the students needs they will be working at different level but some of the students will be working towards their GCSEs. They are also looking for someone who as well as teaching will be will to do some extra curriculum activities and trips to make learning more interesting and get the students engaging and wanting to learn more and more. Therefore, the ideal Science Teacher for this role must have strong behaviour and classroom management skills and be able to create a fun and friendly environment.SEMH School

This SEMH School is in the Southeast London brough of Greenwich and caters for girls and boys aged between 11-16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 165 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in 2018, they were reviewed as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas.
