Bridgetown Primary School – School Business Leader
Bridgetown Primary School is a forward-thinking, thriving, happy and successful school. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly, capable and cohesive team. We are looking to appoint a motivated and proactive professional who is a flexible and committed team-player. This role is crucial in the planning, monitoring and development of finance, personnel, administration, premises and health and safety management within school.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, Governors, Senior/Middle Leadership Teams and Local Authority to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services throughout the school.
He/she will be a strategic thinker, who leads by example – setting high standards for themselves and others.
We have a strong commitment to professional development and strive to support people to be the best they can be in their roles in school.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone already operating in a Business Manager/Administrative role wanting to further their career as the candidate will operate in a large primary school and will work strategically with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors. It could also be an opportunity for someone new to Education who can bring relevant business, finance or personnel experience.
Working Pattern
This is advertised as a full-time role (37 hours per week) for 40 weeks of the year, with some flexibility on timings to be discussed.
