Job Title: Religious Studies/Religious Education Teacher

Contract: Full Time – Long Term
Salary: 157-180 GBP/Day
Start Date: October 2023
Reed Education North Wales are working with a Secondary school in Conwy and are recruiting for a Religious Studies/Religious Education Teacher on a full-time basis to teach RE up to A level. This role is to start mid-October 2023 and is to cover a maternity leave. I am keen to hear from RS/RE Teachers who have a passion for RE and be committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for students.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in RS education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practice where appropriate.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS), (ECT) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching RS to students of all ages and abilities
- Enhanced DBS (this can be process through Reed)
- EWC membership
- Rights to work in the UK
- NQTs welcome
