Reed Education’s London Secondary Hub are growing and we’re looking for a new consultant to join the team.

Our team launched in September 2021 and have been growing since so we’re ready to develop the service we offer our schools by adding a new consultant to work on Permanent education vacancies.

What does it involve?

– Business development & Account ManagementThrough networking and visiting with senior leadership in our schools, you’ll have access to our existing and PSL client base as well as be expected to generate new relationships– Candidate RecruitmentUsing tools like reed.co.uk, you’ll need to sourcing teachers, support staff and administrative specialists for your open vacancies– Interview PreparationYou’ll be working with applicants to prepare for interviews, managing employment offers and supporting with onboarding into new posts
