Your Role as a Reception Teaching Assistant:
As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the early development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encouraging students’ social and emotional development.
- Tracking and reporting on student progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping young learners thrive. An understanding of the Reception curriculum (desirable).
