PRU Teaching Assistant Sunderland £370 – £450 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) September 2023 – July 2024 The School and Role We are currently looking to appoint several PRU Teaching Assistants to work within our partner specialist provisions. The PRU Teaching Assistant role involves supporting groups of children with additional needs such as ASC and challenging behaviours. You will be required to be adaptable and work alongside the students to build a positive relationship with school. One of your main objectives of a PRU Teaching Assistant will be to support these pupils in their emotional wellbeing, and to be positive and consistent role model in these young people s lives.
