Premier Teachers
We are currently recruiting for several Primary Teaching Assistants to work with a new Trust of primary schools we are working in partnership with as a company in the Sunderland area. The positions are to support the teaching across; Early Years, KS1 and KS2. We will accept applications from Level 2 Teaching Assistants and above. Premier Teachers will be delivering training courses for the supply pool of teaching assistants to enhance your skills if you are selected. As one of our supply staff, you will be an extended member of the Trust team where long term relationships can form with staff and pupils and get regular work. For staff wishing to move to permanent roles, we expect there will be plenty of opportunities to form strong enough relationships to be invited to apply for permanent roles. The ideal candidate would: Have good classroom support skills Have a passion for supporting the teaching of primary aged children Have good knowledge of phonic schemes Have excellent subject knowledge Be able to organise themselves Be a good team worker In addition, you must: • Provide two referees we can contact • Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one Premier Teachers Ltd is a teacher run agency based in Sunderland.
