Primary supply teacher Your new School You will be employed by Hays Education; Hays office in Stoke-On-Trent supply short and long-term teaching cover to schools covering the whole of the Staffordshire area. We are looking for passionate Primary School Supply Teachers who are adaptable and willing to work in a variety of schools with a strong passion for education. Your new role We are looking for a creative teacher who will be willing to adapt and work in a variety of schools and year groups. As a Primary School Supply Teacher you will at work where you are able to cover day-to-day supply or long-term cover positions. We are looking for candidates who are NQT’s or experienced teachers that hold QTS. The ideal candidate must have good behaviour management, be adaptable and flexible, have confident knowledge of the curriculum and have the ability to engage pupils in teaching and learning. What you’ll need to succeed To be successful you must hold QTS, you will need to be motivated to deliver engaging lessons to a high standard. There is also a large requirement on adaptability as you may work in different environments from day-to-day, with different members of staff and different pupils whilst still delivering high quality teaching. You will be expected to alter your teaching and behaviour styles to each individual schools policies.
