Job Title: Midday Supervisor

Location: Kennington, London

Hours: Part-time, 11:30am-1:30pm (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking a Midday Supervisor to join our team at a school in Kennington. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising children during their lunch break and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising children during their lunch break and ensuring their safety and wellbeing
• Encouraging good behaviour and promoting positive attitudes towards food and healthy eating
• Supporting children with any issues that may arise during their lunch break
• Liaising with teachers and other members of staff to ensure a safe and happy lunchtime for all pupils
• Maintaining a clean and tidy lunchtime environment, including clearing tables and ensuring that rubbish is disposed of correctly
• Attending training sessions and keeping up to date with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience of working with children, ideally in a school setting
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all children
• A willingness to undertake training and development opportunities as required
