Your role and responsibilities:
Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Prepare, plan and deliver lessons in the class teacher’s absence.
Support the class teacher during lessons.
Support and guide children during their learning.
Conduct intervention groups to children with SEN needs.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment fostering a love for learning among students.

Qualifications/ experience:
Previous experience working as a HLTA/ Cover Supervisor
Relevant HLTA qualifications
Passion for Education
Excellent communication skills
Team Player
Flexibility: Willingness to embrace all aspects of school life and actively contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
A ‘can-do’ approach, positive outlook
