Academics is currently recruiting for a dedicated PPA teacher. The popular and innovative school, based in Coventry, is looking for a passionate and creative PPA. The role would require you to cover PPA for KS1 or KS2.
As the PPA teacher you may be required to release staff across the key stages, performing all the duties and tasks expected of a class teacher during allocated PPA time. To ensure the effective teaching of all pupils, helping them to develop both inside and outside the classroom.
You would follow agreed lesson plans written by the class teacher and communicate effectively with the class teachers to ensure continuity and progression. You would be able to demonstrate flexibility to work across the key stages with a variety of classes and pupils
The School is looking for a Primary PPA teacher who might have:
- A positive attitude.
- Have relevant qualifications.
- The ability to plan, deliver and lead activities and lessons.
- Be able to manage a classroom.
- Have Strong Communication skills.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
