Non-Teaching Head of Year

Band F (£22,347 – £24,490 actual pay, pay award pending) 36 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks (41 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint a non-teaching pastoral leader to lead and manage a year group, year groups will change on a rotation.

• You will act as a champion for your students in all that they do.
• You will ensure that they are safe, that they attend, that they are academically successful and most importantly you will lead their personal development within school.

We are very lucky at Pensby, our students are simply lovely and we want them to leave our school with the skills and resilience to take who they are out into the world, taking that world for themselves.
