We are holding a recruitment event at our Brand New Options Autism School – Napier School in Farnborough!

We are going to be holding a Recruitment Day in the next few months, we are hosting an event for you to come and meet us to find out more information on a variety of roles we have available.

• Administrators / Receptionists – Salaries starting at £18,000+
• Teaching Assistants – Salaries starting at £18,000+
• Teacher – ECT and Qualified – Salaries starting from £28,000 per annum (ECT)+ and £30,000 per annum (qualified)+
• Facilities – Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, Facilities Management (salaries to be discussed)
• Senior Leadership Positions also available

About our school:

Napier School is a brand new school, part of Options Autism. Napier School is a secondary school for girls and boys with autism, learning disabilities and/or complex needs. Our school is proposed to open in September 2023.

For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
