We are currently looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants to support SEN and SEMH students. As schools are getting ready to go back to school the demand for Teaching Assistant is increasing. We work with a variety of mainstream and specialist schools in your area so rest assured we will be able to support with finding the work that’s right for you!

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with children who have complex emotional needs
• The ability to recognise situations and ensure de-escalation before disruption
• Maintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary
• Demonstrate an understanding of how pupils learn and how to meet their individual requirements
• A genuine level of care and want for helping students thrive
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs

Typical Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-16:00Salary: £80-£90Availability: Full-Time (Preferred)
