Reed Further Education are proud to be appointed as the Managed Service Provider for the South Thames College Group and REED are supplying all staffing for across the whole college group. The South Thames Colleges Group is made up of Kingston College, South Thames College, Carshalton College and Merton College, which merged in 2017.The South Thames College Group are currently seeking dynamic Learning Coaches to support their learners in the classroom on a temporary ongoing basis.

The Role:

  • Supporting with reading, scribing, well-being, encouragement, and motivation in a variety of subjects
  • Supporting with construction, engineering and other workshop environments
  • Cooperating with college staff to carry out various activities
  • Creating and reviewing SMART goals

What you will need:

  • Good Written & Verbal Communication
  • A-C in GCSEs
  • Enjoy workshop environments

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the following:

  • Learning Support Worker (LSW)
  • Learning Support Practitioner (LSP)
  • Teaching Assistant (TA)
  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Youth Worker
  • Learning Coach
