We are currently recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join an Ofsted-rated Good secondary school in Enfield starting from September 2023.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs. Your contributions will help create inclusive learning environments, promote academic progress, and foster personal development. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year .

Responsibilities:

• Support students within the classroom setting, implementing tailored learning strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create inclusive learning environments.
• Provide one-on-one support to students during class activities and assignments.
• Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage student engagement and participation.
• Assist students in developing study skills, organization techniques, and self-confidence.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of students during school hours.

No previous experience is required for this role, support will be provided. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational journey. Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach are essential qualities for success in this position.

We offer a competitive minimum pay rate of £90 per day.
