We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in shaping the future of students.
Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra assistance with their studies.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and tailor support to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to create a holistic learning experience.
- Offer encouragement and motivation to help students overcome challenges and build confidence.
Requirements of a Learning Support Assistant:
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed and a belief in their potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
- You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
- You will have GCSE grades of A -C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
