The Salary for this role will be dependent on previous relevant training, qualifications, or experience. Previous experience supporting within SEN is essential for this role, however support does not have to have been from an educational setting.

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for SEN teaching assistant’s for various college across Preston. In this role you will be required to provide additional support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. The role will be to start ASAP on a long-term temporary basis. We are currently recruiting for both Full-time and Part-time roles.

Within the role you may be expected to deliver support 1:1 or in small groups. You would be required to liaise with colleagues and external agencies ensuring that the correct support is provided for all students.

This role would be suitable for anyone with previous experience supporting young people, in or outside of education who are looking to transfer their skills into a classroom environment and make a difference everyday to the students. To be considered for this position you will require:

• Hold Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
• Have a valid DBS or a willingness to apply for one
• Be committed to undertake any training required
• Willingness to work in an educational setting and become part of the team
