L2 or above Teaching Assistant

The supply register are looking to recruit a L2 or above Teaching assistant to work through ourselves on a long term contract which may lead permanent in the future, in one of our partnered schools in Huyton. The school are looking for an SEND Teaching assistant, to support a child with learning difficulties.

Start date is ASAP subject to a successful trial day in the school, with no end date in mind. Please apply if you see yourself being able to commit long long term to stay with the Child throughout their primary education years.

Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30 during term time.

Pay is set at a very competitive daily rate and is paid PAYE, weekly to you every Friday for work completed during term time.

The right person for this role will be someone that has strong experience, good knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting Children with Autism, additional needs and an active personality. The right person should have a nurturing personality, good at building strong relationships and techniques to support with social and academic growth.

Requirements-

• Experience supporting Children mainstream or with additional needs in an educational or similar setting within the last 3 years.
• L2 and above in supporting Teachers in schools or Childcare.
• Always ensuring safeguarding is kept to a high standard.
• The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• To care about your work and do the best for your students.
